Annual Sponsors

Organizations that choose to provide ongoing support to NAMA throughout the year can do so by becoming Annual Sponsors. Annual Sponsors participate at the annual NAMA Conference and are specifically recognized at the conference. Registration for Annual Sponsorship is made through the NAMA Conference process to allow for appropriate coordination.

To acknowledge the high level of financial contribution that is provided by Annual Sponsors, the process offers a higher level of exposure on both the NAMA website and on the Conference website. Sponsorship opportunity is made available during the conference planning process.

When the “Call for Sponsors” is issued, organizations that apply for any level of sponsorship, once approved, will have their logo and link placed on the Conference website. The earlier an organization becomes a Sponsor, the sooner the information is placed on the Conference website.

Following the close of the annual conference, the Sponsorship then includes the appropriate organizational membership for the year following the conference. At that time Annual Sponsors are then listed on the main NAMA website and included on the flyer which accompanies the new and renewed Membership letters sent throughout the year. Sponsors are also acknowledged in the NAMA e-newsletters throughout the year.

Organizations that choose to continue Annual Sponsorship through the next year will therefore be listed on both websites simultaneously. Annual Sponsorship levels and the related benefits are clearly articulated on the Conference website and include a limited number of Sponsorship opportunities by level. The Conference website is typically active from the time the “Call for Sponsors” is sent out in late summer or early fall through the end of the Conference.

To apply please refer to the NAMA conference page.
